A unique congenital anomaly of duplication , translocation of the maxilla and upper lip to the right body of the mandible and fusion with both the original maxilla and mandible, cleft secondary palate, triple uvulae as well as transverse facial cleft. 3 month old baby ,

Treatment Plan (As quoted Dr. El-massry)- This is a non syndromic deformity , the treatment plan was to remove the duplicated maxilla and upper lip as stage one, allow mobility of the mandible and open the aerodigestive tract. Stage 2 closure of the cleft palate, stage 3 correction of the scar now I am proceeding to stage 4 correction of the lateral facial cleft and suspension of the lower lip to provide a better lip seal
